Our Search & advisory business is lead by John Palmiero who manages our executive search function, often supporting his work as a dedicated consultant for businesses in GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance), IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Financial Technology and Trading software. He is an accomplished Chief Operating and Chief Revenue Officer with 30 years global expertise in sales, marketing, field service operations. He has extensive board level experience with a number of companies and Private Equity firms.
Advisor & Head of Executive Search
In a career that spans over 30 years and 3 continents, John held CRO and COO positions in high growth, global, FinTech & GRC businesses. He was part of the global executive team that carved out the Trade & Risk business from Thomson Reuters to Vista Equity Partners in a billion dollar buyout. John went on to run global sales and operations for companies like Misys, OpenLink and MetricStream where he reported directly to the CEO and the private equity boards of Vista, and Hellman and Friedman. John's extensive experience in the growth and acquisitions of software companies brings a unique and consultative advantage to our executive search offering.
Michael entered the word of SaaS 10 years ago as the first sales person and 6th employee at Server Density. Michael continued to develop inside sales processes as the 'first on the ground' in SaaS start-up's selling to IT, hospitality and marketing audiences with companies like SiteMinder and Preoday. Michael went on to become an executive search consultant focusing on building sales teams for software vendors expanding into Germany & the UK. Combining his passion for recruitment and start-ups, Michael launched a professional network for early careers and recruits enterprise sales teams for software businesses growing in EMEA.
Rebecca started her sales career 7 years ago in the Automobile industry as a top performer at Land Rover. She then joined a recruitment agency where she worked her way up to an executive search consultant, specialising in growing the commercial functions of MarTech SaaS scale-ups. More recently she got a taste of the world she recruited for and joined the sales team of a leading sales enablement SaaS vendor where she sold to marketing and sales audiences. Rebecca now leverages her recruitment, MarTech and sales experience as a recruitment consultant in our Search & Advisory team.
